On December 8, 2021, Custom Group obtained the highest ranking from a list of proponents in the island of Puerto Rico. Our company was extensively scrutinized by the Puerto Rico Department of Housing (PRDOH) and determined that only Custom met the requirements to be awarded the Program Management Services for the Voluntary Compliance Agreement. Custom Group was chosen for being a solid and well-established firm with experience on managing federal funds projects and having good financial condition, but particularly for the experience on administrating and coordinating full construction activities for the rehabilitation projects. The extent of the program covers eight hundred sixty-three (863) dwelling units on seventy-four (74) projects, but with the mission and ability to promote and contribute on the improvement of the quality of life of the citizens in Puerto Rico.
