LOS ALAMOS PUBLIC HOUSING DEVELOPMENT

The project consists of the construction of approximately three hundred 365 residential units for mixed income families, distributed throughout multiple walk-up buildings and mid-rise building units for the elderly. The multi-family dwelling units were divided into seven (7) walk-up buildings (type 1 & 2) with three stories and four (4) walk-up buildings (type 3) with four stories. The more than 200 multi-family dwelling units were distributed between two (2) bedroom units (130) and three (3) bedroom units (82). The proposed Elderly Housing Building (“Senior Housing”) is a mid-rise eight (8) level building with a total of one hundred and fifty-three (153) residential units distributed between one (1) bedroom units (133) and two (2) bedroom units (20).
