Department of Housing introduced the R3 Program financed with over $2.2 billion in CDBG-DR funds assigned by HUD to provide assistance for the repair or reconstruction of single-family homes damaged by hurricanes Irma and/or Maria. As CMs, Custom coordinates, designs, and constructs new single-family housing stock, as well as remove existing not-to-standards homes; and to repair non-substantially damaged single-family dwellings over several Municipalities in Puerto Rico.
